or by calling us at 1-650-754-1822 . We will acknowledged your booking
by emailing you an official Reservation Confirmation.
We can sometimes accommodate short notice reservation with a minimum
of 3 hours notice. However, we strongly recommend you to make your
reservation at least 24 hours prior to the actual pickup time.

Cancellations
* Airport Transfer Reservation:-
-- Full Charges will apply for client with 'no show' or cancel the reservation
less than two hours prior to your scheduled pick-up or scheduled arrival
time
-- 50% Charges will apply if cancellation is made less than four hours prior
to your scheduled pick-up or scheduled arrival time
-- 'No charges' for any cancellation which is placed 'four' hours or more
prior to your scheduled pick-up or scheduled arrival time
* Charter or As-Directed Reservation:-
-- Full Charges will apply if client with "no show" or cancel the reservation
less than eight hours prior to your scheduled pick-up time

Odd Hours Service
A minimum of $20 charge applies to service between 11:00 pm to 06:00 am
Baggage-Claim Meet
$20 will be added on for all Baggage Claim Meet
Gratuity
Gratuity is automatically added to your final bill.

We accept all major credit cards.

Airlines suggest that all passengers should arrive to the Airport at least:-
DOMESTIC FLIGHT -- 75 minutes prior to departure
INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT -- 2 hours prior to departure
